URLs for other Code Learning

Still Under Construction, so check back soon. I'll be adding links as I check them for accuracy.

This is the very first book you should read about Morse. It's free! Get it and read it. In fact, re-read it until you internalize it. Google it or see it at: The Art and Skill of Radio-Telegraphy, by N0HFF

The next book, while optional, is good mainly for its coverage of the Koch Method of learning Morse. Morse Code: Breaking the Barrier, by Dave Finley, N1IRZ - Please do not confuse the Koch Method with the Farnsworth Method. The Farnsworth Method is counter-productive in that you learn bad spacing habits.

Read the following articles after you can solidly head copy at 30-40 WPM:

High Speed Code, by Katashi Nose, KH6IJ (SK); November, 1965, QST, page 53 - Enter Title, Author, Call, Year, Month, and Publication. - It's a 1 Mb PDF; I would post it here except that QST articles are copyrighted. If you're not an ARRL member, ask someone who is a member to get it for you.

QRQ or Copying CW over 70 WPM, by Tom Alderman, W4BQF

Operating High Speed CW, by Robert Underwood - K0RU

Morse Code at 140 WPM, by J. M. Cornwell, AC0CA
